Before You Install PMNapster
----------------------------

      NOTE:    This software is freeware which means that it is free for use

   Software Requirements
   ---------------------

   . OS/2 Warp 3.0 with Fixpack 39+, OS/2 Warp 4.0 with Fixpack 8+, WSeB(Aurora),
     or OS/2 Warp Convenience Pack(Client/Server):
     OS/2 Fixpack: ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/fixes/

   . MPTS 8610+ in OS/2 Warp 3.0/4.0:
     MPTS Fixes: ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ps/products/mpts/fixes/

   Hardware Requirements
   ---------------------

   . 133+ Mhz Pentium with 24+ megabytes;
   . Video must support at least 256 colors(800x600+).


Installation
------------

   Just uncompress the napster zip file in any HPFS or JFS partition
   and execute napster.exe. It will create his objects and the
   connect object in the "PMNapster for OS/2 and eCS" folder inside the WPS
   Programs folder if your OS/2 version is 4.0 or next, or in Desktop Folder,
   to old OS/2 versions.


New Users
---------

To use Napster, the user needs to register a "user" and "password" in Napster servers. To register a new user using PMNapster:

- After installation is complete, in Config window, set "Register new user" option;
- Type your user and password in fields and press the OK/Connect button;
- Wait for the message "Registration successful". If you get any other messages, retry registration process.


Command Line Options
--------------------

        Valid Command Line arguments(Case sensitive)

        - /debug        - Start PMNapster in Debug Mode.
        - /nostyle      - Don't Apply Fonts and Colors Schemes(Use in slow Machines).
        - /connect      - Start Connection after PMNapster start.
        - /nomm         - Don't Load Multimedia Functions.
