BMPView is a PM program that lets you view multiple bitmap files with drag
and drop support! Here's how it works:
      1) When you start, you can open a bitmap file, view product info or exit
BMPView by clicking on thier respective icon buttons.
      2) You can also open a bitmap file by draging it out of you're drives
folder and dropping it onto a black platform labeled "Drop BMP Here".
      3) The BMPView Control Panel will tell you how many bitmap files you
         currently have open.
      4) As each bitmap is opened, a window will appear displaying the bitmap.
      5) You can close the bitmap by double clicking on the menu in the upper
         left corner of the window.
      6) When you exit BMPView, it will automatically close all open BMP files
         for you!
The main reason I wrote this little utility was to add Drag 'n Drop support
to a program fore viewing BMP files. I don't like the way the icon editor views
bitmap files.
