    IMPORTANT: If you are installing the shrinked wrapped
    package version of InCharge, your serial/registration 
    number is on the first diskette in the package. Also 
    be sure to immeditely mail in your registration card
    for a free update to the latest version of InCharge.  
  
HARDWARE\SOFTWARE REQUIRED: 
  
    InCharge runs under OS/2. There is also an identical version
    for Win95/98 and WinNT (4.0). The hardware required is: 
  
    1.   Any PC or PS/2 compatible computer. 
  
    2.   A fixed disk with at least 20MB of available space. 
  
  
INSTALLATION: 
  
    If you have received InCharge on diskettes, skip to 
    Installation, diskette. If you have downloaded the electronic 
    version from the Spitfire Software Internet home page or
    another source, you must first do the following: 

    1.   Save the downloaded file(s) in a temporary directory.

    2.   Unzip the file(s) downloaded into that temporary directory.
         Then run INSTALL.EXE from the directory. You will see a 
         series of dialogs which will lead you through the 
         installation of InCharge.
  
    Installation, diskette: 
  
    1.   If installing from diskette, place the distribution 
         diskette #1 in your diskette drive. 
  
    2.   From an OS/2 Window Command Prompt enter and execute 
         A:\INSTALL.EXE on diskette 1.    


REGISTRATION:

    You can order/register InCharge for OS/2 either direct from 
    Spitfire Software or BMT Micro. InCharge for OS/2 comes either 
    in a shrink wrapped package version including bound manual or in
    an electronic version including a subscription to the current
    electronic update period which provides updates on a regular
    basis (see below).

    The license fee for InCharge for OS/2 is $79 US (plus shipping
    for the shrink wrapped version). Registered users of the
    Win95/98/NT version of InCharge can move to the OS/2 version
    for a $49 license fee. Spitfire Software accepts Visa,
    Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club,
    Carte Blanche, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. Personal
    checks are subject to clearance. All checks must be in US. Dollars.


    BMT MICRO:    

    InCharge can be purchased online from BMT Micro in both shrink
    wrapped package version or in the electronic version which
    includes a subscription for the current Spitfire Software
    Electronic Update Subscription period.

ELECTRONIC UPDATE SERVICE:

    Spitfire Software releases new versions of InCharge about every
    3-4 weeks. Each new release contains enhancements requested by
    users and fixes to any problems reported and verified before the
    cut off date for the release. The new releases are only available
    to registered users who subscribe to the electronic update service.
    The subscription fee is $20 for a six month period. There are
    two subscription periods, November 1st through April 30th
    and May 1st through October 31st. You may install the current
    update over any previous version of InCharge. For a history of 
    InCharge releases, click on Modification History on InCharge's
