This is mkisofs from cdrecord 1.14a04 package with two new experimental
options, added by users requests :

-national Allow National Characters (like Unite CD Maker - violates ISO9660).
-hpfsnames Allow HPFS Filenames (like Unite CD Maker - violates ISO9660). Forces -U option.

Using this two options together should help you to generate images like
Unite CD Maker does. So you can rid of this old tool. This options concern only
ISO9660 images.

This options is not fully tested yet (especially national option).
National option tested with russian characters only.
So use it with care.

Without this options mkisofs works just like the ordinal one.

P.S. Don't look for this options in manual - you won't find them :).

Changes:
--------

Generation of Rock Ridge extensions is not possible with -hpfsnames. So i
added a simple checking, which disables -r or -R options when -hpfsnames is
specified.

I think, that -graft-point option is inconvenient. So it is enabled by
default. And now -graft-point disables using the graft points. If you don't
think so, let me know.
