Istart documentation.

1. What is it?
Istart is a rex program that waits for Internet connection.
When it is established, it starts all applications placed in the Internet
startup folder.
It checks if an ip address exists.
When ip address has been obtained, the launch sequence starts.
I use it with injoy firewall.
Istart is based on Henk Kelder's WPTOOLS.DLL.

2. Installation:
Simply run the install script.
The script will:
     a= Copy the WPTOOLS.DLL to your os2\dll directory;
b= create the Internet applications starter folder.
This one will contain 2 objects:
- Internet applications starter: the program itself. You can shadow this
one to your OS/2 startup folder, so that it will start at boot time.
- Internet startup folder: This is the folder wher you will place the
applications to be started after Internet connection.
You can use it as you do with the startup folder.
c= Create a shadow of the Internet applications starter program
in the OS/2 startup folder.
